Problem: Users are unable to log into Hulu on their connected web devices.
There are a huge variety of platforms that Hulu is. supported on that aren't just TV, phones, and computers. Tesla smart displays were one of these unique cases where users were running into a variety of wonky log in issues.
My role was to redesign the account activation flow. The final design leveraged a common usability pattern from TV surfaces, enabling a quick & familiar account activation experience.
